Soal Hati mengisahkan cinta antara Daniel seorang yang berpelajaran tinggi dan memiliki segalanya dengan seorang jurujual, Nurul Ain. Daniel jatuh cinta pandang pertama ketika terlanggar Ain. Untuk memikat, Daniel memperkenalkan diri sebagai Ahmad kerana tidak mahu kedudukannya bakal menjauhkan Ain daripadanya. Ain merasa dirinya tertipu apabila mengetahui Daniel anak seorang kaya. Daniel terpaksa memujuk semula Ain kerana dia masih mencintai wanita itu.
